Terms of Service

Effective date: April 20, 2026. These Terms govern your use of Club de Crédito's credit repair services and its SMS and WhatsApp messaging programs. Club de Crédito is registered in Wyoming.

Club de Crédito SMS & WhatsApp Program

Program name: Club de Crédito Case Updates & Support.

Program description: We send SMS and WhatsApp notifications to active enrolled clients of our credit repair service. Message types include (1) weekly case progress updates with credit score changes, dispute round status, and accounts deleted from your consumer reports; (2) Power of Attorney and document signature reminders; (3) customer support replies when you ask a question about your case; (4) service and compliance notifications required by law.

Message frequency: You will receive up to approximately twenty (~20) messages per month, depending on your case activity.

Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Club de Crédito does not charge you directly for text messages.

Opt-out instructions: You can stop receiving messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive. You will be unsubscribed immediately and will receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP at any time for assistance.

Supported carriers: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, US Cellular, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, and most other US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent is not a condition of purchase: Consent to receive SMS or WhatsApp messages is never required to purchase or use any Club de Crédito service.

The complete opt-in form and consent text are available at app.clubdecredito.com/sms-consent. Your phone number and consent data are protected under our Privacy Policy and are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

1. Services

Club de Crédito provides credit repair services under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). We analyze your consumer credit reports from Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion; identify inaccurate, unverifiable, or obsolete items; draft and mail dispute letters on your behalf; track results; and escalate via CFPB complaints when bureaus fail to comply with their legal obligations.

2. Client representations

By using our services you represent that (a) you are at least 18 years old, (b) you are the authorized user of any phone number or email you provide, (c) all information you give us is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge, and (d) you grant us a Limited Power of Attorney to communicate with credit reporting agencies and furnishers on your behalf, under the terms of the separate written agreement you sign at enrollment.

3. No guarantees

Consistent with CROA, we do not guarantee specific results. Credit score improvements and account deletions depend on the accuracy of the underlying data, the cooperation of the credit bureaus and furnishers, and other factors outside our control. You have the right to dispute inaccurate information directly with the bureaus at no cost.

4. Fees and billing

Service fees are disclosed in the service agreement you sign at enrollment. Under CROA, we do not charge you before services have been performed. Monthly subscriptions recur until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; refunds follow the three-day right of rescission required by CROA plus any additional state-specific consumer protections that apply.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to provide false or misleading information, commit fraud, or use the service to attempt to remove accurate and verifiable negative information from your reports. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if we believe the account is being used unlawfully.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Club de Crédito is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Natrona County, Wyoming, unless you are entitled to bring the claim in your home state under applicable consumer protection law.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date and notified to active clients by email or SMS where required.

SMS Program Terms

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Club de Crédito, you agree to receive recurring transactional SMS messages at the phone number you provided. Message frequency varies — typically around 20 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel at any time. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase.
